Picking Up Players Empty Picking Up Players

Do we have a list of players selected and their placeholders? Also, are we allowed to pick-up players drafted by NHL teams, but not yet available on the ESPN player list? Essentially picking up additional placeholders

There is a section under the Draft which tells who the place holders are. And yes, you can pick up drafted players not listed yet on ESPN.
